Cancellation Policy: Your booking is non-refundable. Need to change your appointment? You can reschedule using the link in your confirmation email. Changes made at least 24 hours before your call are free. Last-minute changes (less than 24 hours' notice) have a €25 fee. Though I don't offer refunds, I'm happy to find a new time that works for you.
